Water erasable marking pen for material. Markings can be removed with clean water or by gentle rubbing with a clean wet cloth. Ink is blue to be visible against most pale fabrics. Perfect tool for marking quilting designs onto quilt tops, ideal for use with quilt stencils due to the fine line left by the pen.
